How it works Exonuclease and is an enzyme about the activity of exonuclease 3 'to 5'.After introducing into the reactive mixture and heating to 37o, the enzyme degrades excess of single -nilly starter oligonucleotides, leaving undefined two -sized PCR products.Alkaline shrimp phosphatase (RSAP) is a universal phosphatase that removes 5'-phosphates from DNTPs and proteins.Both enzymes can be completely inactivated by heating in 80o C for 10 minutes.The combination of these two enzymes ensures complete DNTP defosphotylation and degradation of residual starters.There is no need to change the buffer, because both reagents are active in commonly used PCR buffers.
